Play Your Part 
In this role you will act as ambassador in all employee matters, focusing on staff satisfaction and continuous improvement on staff areas. The Employee HR Executive will support the Asst. Manager – HR with the overall business strategy and help the business grow through its employees and Learning & Development initiatives. Furthermore the HR Executive will be responsible to create, maintain and distribute different reports for Internal and External requirements, not to miss any deadlines for any kind of Business Partners. 

Main Duties:
  • Plan & organize: monthly “time to talk” meetings with the HR Director/HR Managers + Department Heads
  • Plan & organize with the Staff Well-Being Team: regular tournaments such as Basketball, Soccer, Dart, Chess…
  • Plan & organize with the Staff Well-Being Team & Party Team: Annual Staff Party and/or outings
  • Plan & organize with the Environment Team: regular clean up campaigns
  • Set up a Staff Entertainment Calendar
  • In charge to update the Staff Employee Handbook
  • The duty will include being present in all staff areas as well as preparation of relevant reports
  • Preparation of various Merlin, LEGOLAND and DPR reports.
  • Update the L&D part of the Staff Notice Board.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly HR Meeting inclusive of follow up notes.
  • To be trained as Departmental Trainer within the HR Department.
  • During peak times assist with line staff interviews as well as assisting Assessment Center.
  • Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials
  • Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants
  • Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, book training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment are available.
  • Inform participants or employees about training demands and other important aspects
  • Attend training sessions and conduct training when Learning and Development Manager is unable to attend
  • Keep records about each training course and also participants
  • Preparing and distributing training certificates for those who attended the class
Are You a Star? 
In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria: 

  • Preferable Bachelor degree in Human Recourses
  • Experience in Human Resources Department for 3 or above years in hospitality or Theme Parks
  • Clear understanding of all Human Resources Policies & Procedures
  • Advanced Excel experience including a high level of understanding for figures.
  • Previous work experience in Hospitality or Theme Park
  • Able to summarize facts and figures
  • Excellent understanding on culture awareness
  • Strong people skills
  • Able to focus and prioritizes
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, (second useful language is an advantage)
  • Good administration skills to prepare various reports
  • Clear understanding of right & wrong
  • General HR knowledge
  • Able to motivate and challenge employees for variety activities
  • Good communication skill
  • Familiar with Social Media (Linkedin / Facebook / Instagram….)
  • Motivational with a positive attitude at all times.
