Social Media Manager

Job description / Role

- Responsible for building Social Media strategies, looking at emerging platforms, content creation, reporting and client relations
- Ensuring that Social best practice and frameworks are adhered to.
- Advise on the difference between brand vs direct response campaigns
- To understand Social within the wider marketing mix, its strategic importance throughout the customer journey.
- Manage the relationship with the principle client and ensure client and agency aspirations are aligned
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders understanding of Paid Social, through education and relevant communication.

Requirements

- Similar experience handling multinational clients working within a global agency
- Good experience with multiple listening, reporting and monitoring tools 
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Awareness of media law and journalism ethics. Well-acquainted with GCC-related issues.
- Having the skills of Editing, research, blogging, social networking and analyzing. 
- Having a deep understanding of client needs.
