Job Description:
- Handle numerical data accurately
- Create and organizing spreadsheets with large numbers
- Curate data directly from speech, including interviews
- protect the information and identities of customers/client
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Contact customers to clarify incomplete or unclear information
- Cross-reference data reports with customer logs
- Compile and organizes customer data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
- Update database or records with new information as it becomes available
Job Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- High comfort level using computers
- Moderate to proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable with sitting for long periods
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data
- Knowledge of touch typing system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of databases
